Terms and seller details

Seller and scope. Cinnamon Soul offers boxes of cinnamon rolls for local delivery in Ibagué, Tolima. The support channel published at the end of this page is the seller’s contact channel.

Order and acceptance. By submitting an order, you confirm that the selection and delivery details are correct. “Pending” means that we received the request; an order is accepted only when staff changes it to “accepted.” The chosen date is a requested date and remains subject to availability.

Product and price. Before submission, the site shows the box, quantity, price in Colombian pesos, delivery charge, and applicable total. If the price changes while the form is open, the site shows the updated total and requires another review.

Delivery. The customer must provide a Colombian number and a sufficient delivery address in Ibagué. Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent or delay delivery.

Changes, quality, and warranties. To correct details, request a change, or report a quality issue, use the support channel as soon as possible. This site does not include an automated cancellation control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Colombian law.

Effective date. These terms apply from July 25, 2026 and may be updated for future orders; the applicable version is recorded when each order is submitted.
